Thanks harvie, my GCMS notes were printed on 24/10/2013. I agree and understand your point of view. Stay in touch. :)

Your file is generated on OCT 24, means on OCT 24, ur file is still with CIO. It might change after OCT 24. Gluck.

His notes were printed october 24th, he got in process october 7th so his file should be in ottawa by the time the notes were printed

Not quiet. My file get in process on sept 3, it is transferred to cpp on sept 9. It gets to cpp-registry on sept 17. So, the file is in process doesn't not mean it is transferred.

It is ok. I answered this question so many times that it is not personal anymore...
I have a Bach in engineer (metallurgist). I spent 10 years in canada to study (10 years of being broke - no holiday nor weekend). I believe in myself that I can go anywhere to work as mining industry is very hot right now. Mining industry is a small community, once you have a foot in it, it is pretty easy. If canada don't want me, I go to Australia. I don't want my husband or his family or anyone think I'm marrying him to stay in canada. My pride is too big to even want to hear anyone saying that. Plus, marriage sponsorship is more complicated file and longer. So, ya.... Worst case, Auz, here I go :P. I have one and half more years left to get a special working visa from auz (for new graduate)... Whatever come will come. I believe in destiny. Plus, after 10 years in canada, pr seems less important rather than annoying.

one of my friend get pr in family class, his processing time is shorter than us, cic dont check that much things than us, but they gonna check if your marriage is true or just for a PR.
also, the PR you get from marriage must be band for 2 years, which means if you have any problem in the marrage you may lose your PR, thats not fair,
same problem with my work permit. after my post graduate WP, I got a closed WP with my employer as a CSQ holder. but the conditions on my WP are very very sh.it.
