hello HLR your GCMS was printed in the end of sep and you got IN PROCESS on 7 th oct . that means it was in cio when it was generated.and transferred to cpp-o around 7 oct .your file is not assigned to any imm. officer that why due dates are blank. I guess these will be updated by cpp-o.my first gcms is same like yours.

Thanks harvie, my GCMS notes were printed on 24/10/2013. I agree and understand your point of view. Stay in touch. :)

Hey guys, my timeline:
App received: June 14, 2012
AOR/MR: July 27, 2012
Meds done: August 5,2012
Meds received on e-cas: around September 15, 2012

I believe you guys also received the AOR/MR through e-mail. It also says in the e-mail to contact them if more than 4 months pass since the e-mail and they haven't contact you. PLus it claims it should only be about 10 months altogether. Has either one of you tried to contact Ottawa?
hi, they just update some information on ecas. you can check your file, if it already in process. my app was july 23,2012. thus we may in same group, good luck. they contact me in aug too. dont worry.

Hi harvie,

yes my file is still at CIO. I don't know why. A friend of mine applied in June and his file has gone in process and moved to Ottawa just after 3 weeks of medical received. One cannot predict CIC work policy.

It looks that they are going to complete my file and then forward it to CPP for final issuance of PPR, I hope so.

no my friend your file is now at cpp-o. once you got in process that means your file is ready and transferred to cpp-o for ppr but here in cpp-o there is huge bunch of file for processing . now you pray to god that some officer take your file from registry(file location in cpp-o), review it and make final decision i.e. PPR or decision made..

by the way I applied for GCMS on tuesday just to check what had they done in the last month. ;)

all the best

your file took more time to go in process because of your medical . right or ?
