My ecas still shows the same no update: "Application Received" and when you click on it, it shows the famous two lines: 1. application received date and 2. medical was received.

For the rprf I am among the Jun 18[th] 2013 crowd.

And I have question is the email means my application is in "process"?

I guess they are processing your application because their reply is not like the standard one they usually send

I have same status from June 2012 , Nobody knows if that mean file is in process or just waiting to be in "in process".

Did you apply for GCMS notes ? if not then you should

Oh i forgot, so this may explain your delay because they have more security check to do since you do not live in canada

True, outside Canada takes more time compare to inside Canada.

del2mon,

I'm also applying from US, also sent app June 2012 and did medicals August 2012.

My status is still Application received June 14, 2012, Medicals Received

Both my Medicals and Background Check expired and they contacted me to send updated FBI record. I did that about a month ago and no word since.

Let's keep in touch, hopefully by the end of this decade we'll get some updates :)

I got the standard one two months ago. In that one they said at the end that an agent would be in contact with me and they told me that my medical was received.

If we follow previous cases, you should go 'in process' end of december or in january and one month after you will go to 'decision made'

Hi imm_leb_01.
Thanks for forecast, it sounds good for me :)
I have already asked CPP Ottawa according my case, but they sent to me their general note only:
"Your file is in Ottawa for processing and will be reviewed by one of our officers.
Medical results:
Please note that your medical results expire in February, 2014.
Case status:
Thank you for acknowledging payment of your Right of Permanent Residence Fee (RPRF). The fees have been allocated to your application.
Your application will be revised within 16 months of its reception date at our office. Your application will not necessarily be finalized by that date. Please note that processing times vary. "

When was this email sent to you ?

Two weeks ago.
I am expecting to having a baby this month, so I asked them about list of document which should I send them to update my file.
As a result they sent to me this answer with a standard notes.
