I have a question : When i submitted my application i had a passport that expired last month so now i have a new one, so do i have to send an explanation with my passport ?

Regarding your passport, you should email them and let them know about your new passport. I'm not an expert, but it shouldn't affect your PPR or you visa stamp. But better you confirm with them that the new passport is ok to send.

The waiting is so painful, last few months were full of frustration and stress but put one thing in your mind once you got your csq, the ppr is just a matter of time
