Hi, I saw my application status from in process to decision made, however I haven't recieve any email from the manila immigratiom asking for medical request. Does it mean that our application for FSW did not pass?

Hi, I saw my application status from in process to decision made, however I haven't recieve any email from the manila immigratiom asking for medical request. Does it mean that our application for FSW did not pass? can somebody help me.
