Can you please, let me know how much it usually takes to get permanent residency (Federal Skilled Worker) if applied from inside Canada and a person is eligible with all the documents provided?

If you eligible for FSW , follow the express entry http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/immigrate/skilled/ ull need to write an english exam first.
