Application received at CIO on 17 June 2009,

Complete Application Package received by VO Islamabad in December 2009,

Application transferred to VO London on 30 June 2010,

Application reviewed at processing started at VO London on 24 January 2012.

It's almost 16 months now so when should I expect the medical request?

Isn't it late?
[By this time, Medical must have been issued to you because those who applied from Pakistan after you (in 2010 and later), their cases have almost been finalized. You should get your CAIPS notes to know the latest position]

Hello seniors , my application under "Federal skilled worker" status at online is now "in-process" from the status of "received by Visa office" ,and send it Australia from Singapore ,I've got an email from high commission that I've to explain about my Job (I may misrepresent category of job) I need to know in this position if I failed to give a satisfactory explanation then may my application reject from CIC ? Please help me to give my answer .

Was the work experience you attached with your documents not related fully to your Job code]

i have filed case for appeal,did not ask 4 refund.

Hi Jevan,
your name is found on e-case, mine I cannot access again.
I also joined the appeal, even i think it's worthless.
you r the rare litigants online, guessing if all litigants made an appeal?

Will suggest you email CIC?
My rep requested my status and was told it was not processed before 3-12 so it was legally terminated.

Oh I think I had not mentioned the Job code,actually I had not the idea about NOC or Job code . would you pls tell me what is the Job Code of "Insurance Adjuster "?
