Was this supposed to be a poem? If so, the grammar and rhythm is totally off.

Sorry, I did not give attention to grammar, but what about you Mr. Grammar?
See your grammar mistake here: "The grammar and rhythm are (not is) totally off".

Just a look at this and you can feel comfortable at home

With all due respect, this is an immigration forum, not a religious one.

Interesting one

....of course, Justice Rennie is an appointee of Minister Harper in 2010....now, surely he won't bite the hands that feed him....will he??

now, if the the decision will be appealed, note the judges in the Fed Court of Appeal (including the Chief Justice) who were appointed by Minister Harper. Should the appeal will be assigned to anyone of these appointees, I am sure you can guess what will happen next....

check the current members of the Supreme Court too.............

I need advice . which lawyer be contacted for further litigation/ court case in FC as our previous litigation is denied. I want to go all out in this matter till I get the justice whether in favour/ or denied but i must go upto SC. For now I am am in favour of Tim as my previous lawyer Rottengerg is not considered to be reliable in client service.

I do not know the legality of joining the Emam group when your case has already been decided on as part of the Tabingo group; you have to ask Tim if that's allowed. There were some Emam litigants who also filed with the Tabingo group before Rennie's decision came out, and were asked by their Tabingo lawyer to choose one and drop the other. For the cases I've read where that occurred, only one chose to stick with Tim. You can file an appeal because your case has already been decided at the FC level, and you can change your lawyer if you want to, although it will probably cost much more if it's not one of the Tabingo lawyers.

Joining Emam group is not feasible , as for as I understand.emam and other cases were similar with exception of timing. I have to appeal in higher court as I already lost in lower court.

Try Bellissimo or Cohen; the two of them are the only ones I know who have confirmed moving forward with the appeal, and there is a deadline. Tim will probably not be open to representing any Tabingo group member because of the existing Emam case.

JUDGE RENNIE NAE APNEE DUTY & RESPONSIBILITY NALL JUSTICE NHEE KEETAA. HE MUST BE HAVING SLEEPLESS NIGHTS.

Dear hopefulever,
They all are same and working under one umbrella, even they did not raise the right issue I mean they not asked for the justice rather sit on the charter and started mining it (That they would have already know what has written in it including Rennie). and end of the day they all are lazy Canadians.
Take Tims case its going on for more than a year and still pending...and the shame ful thing is he (Tim) sue CIC for the delay in process and now court is playing with applicant's life and delaying it at their (court) end.
Can't expect any thing from country Canada.
