1. Probably not, unless he hires a lawyer in good standing to go forward with his arguments.
2. You might want to read what Justice Harrington said in an unrelated case regarding citizenship. It reflects back to what the probable decision on 87.4 is going to be.

" Mr. Richi submitted a constitutional question. I explained to him that Parliament could pass any legislation it saw fit, no matter how unreasonable, subject only to the legislative division of powers between Parliament and the provincial legislatures, as set out in sections 91 and 92 of the Constitution Act, 1867, 30 & 31 Victoria, c 3 (UK), and the Charter. His concern is really with delays and how the law has been interpreted, not with the constitutionality of the law itself. Consequently, there is no constitutional question to answer."

Clients of tim m lehey should not expect any kind of relief from court in near future. If he could not satisfy with his reply uptil now, then how he can do it in the next two weeks??? I hope he has not done a big blundur or fraud with any of his client.

Hi, can u please let me know for those who have filed law suite thru tim leah??? wether to change lawyer or not and if decision comes in litigants favor ...will it be applicable for tim's clients as well???

Hi,

I am one of Tim Leahy clients. Let me assure you that if the decision is in favour of litigants it will be applicable to all (including Tim Leahy group). AS far as I am concerned, I have decided to stick with Tim.
