All discussion are welcome as long as it related to CIC. Useless fights among individuals in the forum not appreciated. So everyone will have concerns and would be anxious to know what's going on with the applications. Many would have been reading the thread and posting what's relevant and irrelavant to the topic earlier. Few would have joined now so let them throw they concerns. Sit back and read if its something to talk about please throw ur opinion and share your views. I would def Wana see the group post their change in status. Cheers

It seems like you only have fighting on the brain because i'm not fighting with anyone, i'm purely informing them. If they want to discuss the ecase they can do so on http://www.canadavisa.com/canada-immigration-discussion-board/ecas-not-working-t133561.0.html which is on this forum just a different topic. Incase you cannot read this topic is for Federal Skilled Worker Class Action Lawsuit, emphasis on the lawsuit in red.

pranx125, kramvi, manishpatel, tuheen, bdzahid,

Please STOP asking about ecase. This discussion is about the Federal Skilled Worker Class Action Lawsuit. Only post information that is related to the law suit. >:(

We have informed everyone in several topics that ecase is not a guaranteed reflection as to what is happening to your file. Write either to your representative or VO.

Dear Pranx125, i'm going to be the adult here. PLEASE read the topic and ask yourself what you are reading, it definately does not contain any discription of ecase, does it, if you want to know more about ecase please read it in this forum under the topic ECASE NOT WORKING. There you'll find many more friends who are more than willing to answer and give advise as to why the ecase is working, not working, blank, etc. I'm not CIC authority i'm purely a member or friend to some of you who joined this forum in 2007 and I myself like to read about our case issues or sometimes give advice. Hope that puts your little heart at rest. ;) Please don't hesitate to contact me should you need more advise.

You are a very active person on this site, one would geuss that you should know that there won't be any update as we are all waiting for the 1st of March'13. In case you have forgotten here is another clip of the court register. It has been pasted in this topic a few days ago. Here it is again.

Doc Date Filed Office Recorded Entry Summary
- 2013-02-04 Ottawa Oral directions of the Court: The Honourable Mr. Justice Rennie dated 04-FEB-2013 directing that "The Court invites written submissions from the parties on whether the Canadian Charter of Rights and Freedoms (Constitution Act, 1982 (80) 1982, c.11 (UK), Schedule B Part I) applies to the applicants, as non-citizens residing otuside of Canada. Submissions due February 22, 2013 with right of reply to the applicants by March 1, 2013." received on 04-FEB-2013 Confirmed in writing to the party(ies)

mesage from one of the migration agent

"Immigration Minister Jason Kenney has just leaked some more unexpected information on his Twitter feed:

"The May intake of new FSWP applications will be very limited & will go to the back of the queue, behind MI-1s (except for AEOs)"

"A very ltd number of new FSWP applications will be accepted prior to EOI, because we still have a 100k person FSWP backlog."

twitter.com/kenneyjason

This is quite frustrating as he has stated that processing times for the new program will be less than 12 months. Now, he is implying that new applications will be put behind the massive FSWP backlog.

Minister Kenney is being quite unreliable as it comes to releasing information on this program, so let's just all hope for the best as new information becomes available."

trust me that's a wrong info. I am following Jason Kenney on twitter. Never has he mentioned in the same. He updates on his visits and events not anything on backlog.

Bro, be sure that he is abide by the commitment to clear all the backlogs (except before Feb. 2008) by the end of 2014. So your point in this forum is irrelevant and useless to his claim.
