Please STOP asking about ecase. This discussion is about the Federal Skilled Worker Class Action Lawsuit. Only post information that is related to the law suit.

We have informed everyone in several topics that ecase is not a guaranteed reflection as to what is happening to your file. Write either to your representative or VO.

Dear Pranx125, i'm going to be the adult here. PLEASE read the topic and ask yourself what you are reading, it definately does not contain any discription of ecase, does it, if you want to know more about ecase please read it in this forum under the topic ECASE NOT WORKING. There you'll find many more friends who are more than willing to answer and give advise as to why the ecase is working, not working, blank, etc. I'm not CIC authority i'm purely a member or friend to some of you who joined this forum in 2007 and I myself like to read about our case issues or sometimes give advice. Hope that puts your little heart at rest. Please don't hesitate to contact me should you need more advise.

This is quite frustrating as he has stated that processing times for the new program will be less than 12 months. Now, he is implying that new applications will be put behind the massive FSWP backlog.

Minister Kenney is being quite unreliable as it comes to releasing information on this program, so let's just all hope for the best as new information becomes available."

trust me that's a wrong info. I am following Jason Kenney on twitter. Never has he mentioned in the same. He updates on his visits and events not anything on backlog.

Bro, be sure that he is abide by the commitment to clear all the backlogs (except before Feb. 2008) by the end of 2014. So your point in this forum is irrelevant and useless to his claim.
