well, if you want to make a statement implicating things that might have happened, it would be nice to hear your point of view, rather than just making blind assumptions and not back it up with any facts. it's not like someone made up a fake website to post fake information about someone, the suspension on Tim Leahy is a true fact so what's your reason of believing that this is a trick? i'm sure all members represented by him would like to hear your theory. also, how come Mario Bellissimo, Lawrence Wong, and other lawyers involving in this case weren't suspended as well?

another trick to fail the litigation, as good as a crime thriller story

...seriously...you need to wake up and look around you and accept reality.

This isn't a trick. It's all very real. You need to accept it, deal with it, and move on.

Tim's personal problems will have no impact on the litigation. The lawsuit is done...it's over...and the only thing left to do now is wait for the decision of the judge.

Another evidence of a person with mental disorder, as bad as a story of an alone person seeking other's attention by saying negative things.

Timothy Edward Leahy (1991), of the City of Toronto, was found to have engaged in professional misconduct for:

failing to co-operate with an investigation of the Law Society by failing to produce information and documents requested in Law Society communications.

By Decision and Order dated December 06, 2012 the hearing panel ordered as follows:

The Lawyer is suspended for 60 days, commencing on February 1, 2013, and continuing indefinitely thereafter until he has produced, to the satisfaction of the Director of Professional Regulation, a complete response to N. Woloszczuk's written communications dated May 1, 2012, May 29, 2012, June 5, 2012, June 6, 2012, and June 18, 2012.

In simple terms, it means he didn't cooperate during some kind of an investigation when he was ordered to respond to a bunch of requests sent to him by N. Woloszczuk, and he didn't do it.

Some more details can be found here.

Also, it appears this isn't the first time that little Timmy has been a naughty boy.

Why aren't other lawyers involving in the lawsuit suspended? they worked harder than Tim did, but nothing has happened to them.

He has no answer for that because he's stuck in a loop of denial.

1.Tims litigation started before Jobs growth.....became law.It has more relevance.
2.Tim disturbed CIC for more than 1 year and he revealed that CIC lied when it said that minister cannot grant PR to terminated applicants(remember lucky 150 )
3.Tim made it difficult for justice Barnes to deliver the judgement.
4.Tim boasted that he has many more arrows in his quiver.
5.Most important-Tims litigation(started in aug 2011) was the motive behind quick enactment of jobs, growth act without public consultation(justice Rennie questioned this in jan 17 hearing)

bugger TIM. I dont know this guy but did not have a good feeling when I started reading about TIM's action plan/approach/views here.
May be the litigants can complain to the board saying, he did not do his duty for which they hired him and hid his possible suspension for issues dated 2002-2004.

I always suspected that you were completely delusional based on your earlier posts over the last couple of months on the lawsuit...but now you've confirmed my suspicions way beyond a shadow of a doubt.
