This is just an assumption but is the CIC trying to dispose off as many cases as possible before the verdict so that even if they have to process these applications later on they will be much smaller in number and would not take time.

I hope that I am wrong.

If CIC loses the battle ,they have to do everything from scratch and they have to process all applications they accepted.They are commiting a greater mistake by deleting ecases today.

The CIC page has been interrupted for some funny reason. Neither am I in the litigation.

I strongly feel that CIC did not "delete" the files, rather they are warehoused elsewhere (parhaps another computer) which can only be accessed by CIC staff and not by the applicants.

Just heard that CIC is updating the website. If DM goes back to In process there is hope, if it doesn’t then more or less a refund. Any idea guys if you got any similar update.

I am one of those whose record can't be found anymore in the CIC website. It's stated there that the service is only available to those clients whose applications are in process... FROM "in Process' for more than seven years, then a few days back it was blank and now I can't check anymore. The deleted my file................

Yes cic updated their site today. My cousin,s file which was DM yesterday, today no such record and when data is entered it says no rcord available.

I am not a part of the lawsuit, had filed case for immigration in May 2005. after having status of In -Process " for a long time, found status changed fron In-Process to DM last week of DEC12, and today when I checked the e-case again now it goes blank. Any one comments on this, Please

What was ur status earlier? when did ur status changed blank from DM?.. Looks like your through mate

I am july 2004 newdelhi applicant. My status was always in process for the last 8.5 years. I got updation letter in 2008 . After that no medicals or no status change. dont know whether my case will get processed further. My status never changed to DM or blank .It is in process
