Latest Entry in IMM-7502-11

Letter from applicant dated 13-DEC-2012 in response to Justice Rennie's oral direction selecting one representative case for the files which s.87.4 closed; IMM-4032-12 PREET DEEP SINGH DATTA v. MCI from india received on 14-DEC-2012

Means only preet deep singh case will be the lead case. i believe this lead case is from New delhi VO. Now what are the files attached to this lead file , can any one disclose this.

unfairCIC.con will be arguing in the Federal Court in Vancouver and Toronto for an injunction, baring CIC from introducing legislation to abolish the investor litigant's file unless the Court knuckles under to DoJ counsel's objection to allowing the injunction to be heard in Vancouver.

I think Preet Deep Singh case will be lead case only for Tim from his four different lead cases as Justice allowed him to argue only one lead case like other lawyers. So all other lawyers will have each lead case for them separately.

Hi Mr. Kaushik, from where do you get latest litigants file information. Could you plz tell (web site). Can i know about my litigation file status online. i also joined in Dec.

Tim did not answer my last e mail about the situation of the pre 2008 assessed files (which are still open). It seems that the Januaury hearings will have now an effect on the closed files only.
It seems that Tim is too busy or frustrated because he does not reply e mails now as he used to.
Does anyone know any news about the pre 2008 files which were not closed by law?

Some where in this website it was told by 30th of this month all refunds will be finalised. then why the file staus on e cas still shows IN PROCESS.

I've seen cases where Applicants already received their PR and eCAS still says "In Process"

But when will I get my refund and how much money. Will it include all the expenses incurred while applying or any thing else.I am in need of this money at present.

There hasn't been any official announcement saying by 30th of this month, all refunds would be finalized. It is purely a rumor, the person that posted that didn't provide any source.

If there have been any refunds, it would just be the amount you fees that you paid (not include the interest) . For other types of Immigration program (PNP, CEC), they only refund the application fees and not the interest as well.

and oh by the way i forgot, where is it written that after 95 months your papers won't be processed and you will get a refund. ;D

It's not written anywhere. The purpose of this unwritten law is to act as an irritant, more than anything else. It's there to remind people that Canada's laws are made by Canadians, and will not be influenced or changed by people from all over the world. It's a super-secret law that's kept "off the books", but it's still used during special circumstances, such as to annoy people who complain about utter nonsense.

tuyen bro salute you. although i am compassionate towards the cause of the litigants, i feel they have been utterly 'mis-sold' .

on a lighter note, i next see the wave of litigations against these lawyers by groups like unfairTim , unfairCohen etc.

to fight is good, but if the lawyers were so positive, they would have offered their services on a 'No Win, No Fee' bargain, lol.

really, a group of foreigners challenging the constitution of a country they are not even a resident off ? I am surprised, the DoJ is even listening to this !

People, I have nothing against you, but its my view about the smooth talking lawyers, who will stop corresponding to your queries now and the people here, who made a fast buck on referrals !
