I really don't have problem with your view points. As a matter of fact, it was my post that you started commenting on first on this thread.

But what I am worried about is your language towards others, I really don't believe certain words of your are suitable in such a forum as this. From your posts I assume you have lived in Canada for thirty years and you own a business, so, you should be a respected man.

I rest my case.

I'm very well respected by those who know me. But really, I expect absolutely nothing when I come to a web forum because nobody here knows me so they have no reason to respect me . And I definitely don't expect to make friends or to be well-regarded by people who have a completely opposing viewpoint to my own. As for my language, I feel I've been perfectly appropriate in my replies. When somebody writes a completely incoherent response to me, and they can't even take two seconds to properly spell my screen name, then I don't see anything wrong with saying that they're babbling.

Canada drops in worldwide justice index

A new report from suggests immigrant and poor populations are being discriminated against in Canada because of a limited access to justice.

Canada dropped since last year in six of the eight “Rule of Law” factors listed in the report from the World Justice Project.

The report ranked Canada among 97 countries worldwide in categories including government power, corruption, order, fundamental rights, open government, enforcement, and civil and criminal justice.

Some 97,000 people were polled worldwide, in addition to 2,500 experts in 97 countries to compile the report.

Canada finished in the top-10 in three categories in the 2011 report. In the 2012 report, released Wednesday, Canada made only one top-10, ranked sixth in open government.

The lower rankings came as no surprise to Tings Chak from the advocacy group, No One Is Illegal.

“Immigrants that are coming in are mostly a source of cheap labour and generally speaking immigrants of colour are poorer and they have harder access to services,” said Chak.

“International agencies are concerned about these trends. It’s definitely not a surprise.”

Nordic countries such as Sweden, Denmark, Finland and Norway led nearly all categories while Canada placed ahead of its neighbour to the south and bested the U.S. in all eight factors.

Dear Members:

We have two main kind of members in this forum

1. those who respect immigration policy and those who think immigration policy is not good for economy.
2. those who oppose pre-2008 backlog decision and those who do not.

Members may agree with me that we respect immigration policy and oppose pre-2008 backlog decision.

In several cases I have found that a decision made by an immigration officer proved to be wrong and trun in favor of applicant when challanged in the court (Application for leave & Jud. Review).

We believe it is because human error and therefore it is possible.

The Minister inform that due to so many changes in IT system there is possibility of error and it is proved that he is write.

The Minister is also human and error is possible and since there are so many policy changes within immigration in recent past it is more likely that Minister is misguided by his team to hide their mistakes they have done it by providing false data, reports, time farme etc. (while sitting on our files and process others e.g. M1 & M2) so based on wrong facts & figures he made a wrong decision (in our opinion including our lawyers). And to prove the same, third party has been involved no other the court which is best option we have had.

I believe that a half truth is more than a lie.

what half truth we got from CIC.

1. Your files will be processed.....
2. policy for M1 does not have any effect on pre-2008 applicants.
3. policy for M2 does not have any effect on pre-2008 & M2
4. On every status check they confirmed that your file will be processed upon its turn.
5. Letter sent to us if we are still intrested in Immigration.
6. Eight years of waiting time is not good to Canada nor for applicants. (What about US ?)
7. Keep the immigration level same every year to reduce backlog.
8. Backlog is reducing due to our policy.

and many more ....

As why we have waited so long, because we all understand that Canada Immigration process is very fair, and they are doing their best to overcome backlok.

If new policy come from the Minister that Nationality of people doing business in Canada for over 30 years has been revoked (by simple operation of law and no right of appeal that they cecome old and bad for Economic, Canada need new people) what they will do ? start packing there business ? No way. right, Why, there is no promise at all le me see where is that.

As if yes, I have example of those (can be found in website news who are Natioanls and now going back) for any reason they foudn guilty and now facing that, so where is promise ?

I do not know the system of Canada but in our country if bank time is closed all people inside the bank will be processed (no promise but process 100%) while door to come is closed for new commers (very common sense) and only during process they may return your cheque due to no funds, wrong identity etc. or your work will not be done due to any error etc. BUT you will be processed.

The word "Mandamus" is working every where in the system (including us) and not the word "Promise" as a duty to perform by all of us.

In country like Pakistan with very bad economy they let in 95% of rufgees from Afghanistant because this "rufgee" is a "right to live" and nothing stand in front of it, even ecomony. While we have no objection in the policy of Canada (ranked 10th economicly) there let in very few refugee compare to Pakistan A rufgee may be die if retrun to their land (I have read in the website news recently a rufgee how live eight years in Canada and have childern born in Canada, his calim to remian in Canada was dismissed and upon its return to his homeland he has been almost killed and went to another country with the help of some NGOs/WHO) and after got highlighted media news the Canadian court rule in his favor and he is now returning where his childern born). Simple humaintarian reason based on single fact "right to live".

China is far better skills than most of the countries, if stop through immigration you are hiding from reality, may be you can not competit them now but if we let them in your system your childern will definately. Its a free and one world concept and last but not least equal right to all and to live.
