Dears,

I have submitted my application for self, spouse and 2 children before Jan 2015 under the Federal Skilled Worker program. My application was accepted by the centralized intake office and sent to London, UK for processing.

On June 1st 2016 I received a request to pay the fees for issuing the permanent residence and to do the medical tests for self and family before July 2nd 2016.
I have paid the fees and replied to the email that my wife will deliver a new child on July and is unable to do the X-RAY and asked for guidance in this matter. Since the response took long, we all took the medical test and scheduled the X-RAY for my wife to Mid July 2016.

I have received a response on July 11th from them asking me to hold off the medical tests until my wife delivers and inform them to tell me what to do next, but it was too late as we have already did the medical tests but they were not aware I think because the hospital holds the results until the whole file is complete.

Now I have finalized the medical tests that were requested for all of my family and sent them an email on July 11th telling them that I already finished the medical tests and await for their instructions to add my new born to the application but until this date I did not receive an answer although on my application status it says "in process" "Medical results have been received".

Its been almost 2 months since I sent them the email and 10 days since I sent a reminder because a response should be received within 28 days as per the auto reply but I did not receive anything yet and now I do not know what to do:

Shall I wait? Shall I send the documents to add my new born? and what is the procedure to add the new born?

Please advise me.

Thank you

You may again email them but this time add "URGENT" in the start of Subject Line of your email.

Hope this will fetch you the requisite information.
