Federal Skilled Visa PR programme will it be launched every year?

I would like to know whether this Federal Skilled Visa PR programme for Can will be available every year?

Like in 2015 will there be again any FSW programmes on may 2015 ? other than the express entry.

From 2015 there will be no FSW . it will be replaced by Express Entry

Only Express Entry. Rules/point system may get changed. no announcements on that yet

I have heard that only people with job offer will be allowed from 2015.. not sure about the authenticity of this news though. Can any one confirm?

But I have heard that every year Canda comes up with PR Visa programmes and the PR visa programmes have been going for many years.

Although having a job offer will guarantee you an invitation to apply, not having a job offer isn't necessarily a disqualification. The rules are yet to come but looks like there will be a criteria to judge the applicants that don't have job offer (may be total points) that will be invited to apply.
