H&C will only be possible once 12 months have passed. So what you want to try to do is remain in Canada for those 12 months until you can qualify to file an H&C application. My case was dismissed. Please what are my options. I am crying this is after 5yrs going back to my home country to start all over is not even an option. Please I need help. Can I proceed with H&C with no kids. Is TRP an option for me?
Feb 25I'm sorry to hear. It must be a tough one to take. When was the case dismissed?
Is it possible I stay 1year before they ask me to leave?H&C will only be possible once 12 months have passed. So what you want to try to do is remain in Canada for those 12 months until you can qualify to file an H&C application.
I don't think a TRP is possible or has any chance of being approved. However wait for others to comment.
It's not guaranteed, however people here have certainly managed to stay for a year and then apply under H&C.Is it possible I stay 1year before they ask me to leave?

Are you still married to the American? My case was dismissed. Please what are my options. I am crying this is after 5yrs going back to my home country to start all over is not even an option. Please I need help. Can I proceed with H&C with no kids. Is TRP an option for me?
ThanksI think you should work with a lawyer. That allows them to evaluate your individual situation and determine the most feasible way to address the issue.
You keep asking this question whenever I post did I ever say I was married to someone in America? Are you still married to the American?
Your previous posts. Think your lawyer will be the best equipped to give you advice about possible ways forward knowing what your home country is, what your reasons for asylum and H&C have been, what your reasons for rejection have been, etc.You keep asking this question whenever I post did I ever say I was married to someone in America?
Can my sister sponsor me she is a permanent resident? You can submit the H&C application one year after the refusal from the IRB. Not counting the one year from Federal Court refusal.
You better speak to a lawyer to see what is the better or possible way for you to remain in Canada.
