My case was dismissed. Please what are my options. I am crying this is after 5yrs going back to my home country to start all over is not even an option. Please I need help. Can I proceed with H&C with no kids. Is TRP an option for me?

H&C will only be possible once 12 months have passed. So what you want to try to do is remain in Canada for those 12 months until you can qualify to file an H&C application.

I don't think a TRP is possible or has any chance of being approved. However wait for others to comment.

It's not guaranteed, however people here have certainly managed to stay for a year and then apply under H&C.

Your previous posts. Think your lawyer will be the best equipped to give you advice about possible ways forward knowing what your home country is, what your reasons for asylum and H&C have been, what your reasons for rejection have been, etc.

You can submit the H&C application one year after the refusal from the IRB. Not counting the one year from Federal Court refusal.

Not unless she has no grandparents, parents, spouse, children, family other than you living in Canada.
