-If you are an applicant for permanent residence and you received a letter or email from our office asking you to submit your passport(s) or passport copies to our office in Buffalo, you must now submit your passport(s) or passport copies to the Consulate in Detroit. Please click here for mailing instructions.

-All other applications for permanent residence have been transferred to the Case Processing Pilot office in Ottawa. Please allow 60 days prior to contacting CPP Ottawa for additional information.

that will only add more delays in my case. It has been 19 months already ! They should give me a trophy for being so patient lol

they say: A FEW WEEKS ! I wonder how many is that ?!

Yea, i just checked the e-cas, it is down, so don't worry you are not alone. It might be due to weekly maintenance or issuance of ppr (who knows, full hoping for the best).

How can i check my federal application by (Numéro de référence individuel) mine start with (DA0000000)

it didn't show "in process"?
 
no it didnt. Just the address re-appeared. Thats all. ::)
