I finally landed through Toronto airport last week.

I'm planning to visit RAMQ and service Canada to get medical card and SIN.

Do I have to prepare phote to get medical card?

If I remember correctly, RAMQ took the photo on the spot.

I looked on RAMP website, but it doesn't mention about photo specification.

Do not need photo. They will take photo for you.

I sent email to BVO and they informed my of the transfer... Please don't pay the RP fees before knowing where your file is.. email them and ask about your file status you might hear something interesting...many files transferred in the month of Feb, especially from May, June and July applicants

I have sent my application to Buffalo on November 29, 2011. I have checked with the bank, it seems that the draft is cashed on February 7, 2012. But still I have not received an AOR. Do they send by regular mail or by email?

And what does it mean that they have taken the money? does it mean that my file is complete or not?

My draft was cashed on December 9, 2011 and I am still waiting for AOR. So you should not be worried about AOR yet, it can take up to 6 months. As far as I know, they use email for AOR these days.

I sent my medicals on Sept 4th and it's almost 7 months since they received my medicals results.
No news.

Ok, so yesterday I received my passport request from NY. It took exactly 13 months since they started processing my application.
The weird thing is, they didnt ask me for any money, I have yet to pay the Right of Permanent Residence fee but its not mentioned at all in the passport request.
anyone knows when will I have to pay it?

Congrat!
As far as I know, the fee has to be paid when sending the passport. I suggest to email them back to see what is going on. It might be a mistake from their end.
