Federal application for QUEBEC workers from Buffalo, USA

Some people received E-mail where they said " This is to advise you that your application for permanent residence has been received and that a file has been created for the Regional Program Centre (RPC) in Buffalo. The RPC will be processing your files. Therefore all correspondence and enquiries must be sent to the RPC. Your new application and paper file numbers appear above." But, the address at the bottom of the e-mail is : case Processing Pilot - Ottawa | Centre de Traitement Pilote - Ottawa - 40

Did you receive such an E-mail? In that case, its better to contact them and ask where exactly your file is.

1. My masters is in international economics and so can i choose international trade and finance to be my profession in quebec?

It does not mean that your file is in Ottawa when you received an email from ott-pilot office. There are two types of email. One is sent by Ottawa on behalf of Buffalo, and they did specifically say that you should direct your concerns/inquiries to buffalo, unless otherwise stated. One is sent by ottawa and did specifically say that you should direct your concerns/inquiries to ottawa, unless otherwise stated. Check your email and see where they want you to direct your inquiries to

The same here! I have read that contacting the office may delay the processing of your file. I advise you all to not bother doing it and leave it for God. You are almost there

Mine says to contact Ottawa. Although they moved my file back to buffalo they still want me to contact and send any additional docs to Ottawa. Does it make any sense?

Does anybody have any idea how long it will take to get PPR after medicals is received? I am hoping and wishing that I will get it by April, because, if I won't, I will have to pay international student fee, which is around $7000, instead of $1050 for summer semester! I am a bit stressed!

I am in the same situation, let's hope to get it before April..

yes so we have to contact buffalo then , do you have any ideas about how to find out if our medicals are received or not yet ?
