Federal and Quebec application at the same time?

Hi,

I applied for the Federal Skilled worker 2013 in May 2013, and haven't received any communication from CIC yet, do not know whether my application will be with in CAP or not. In the meanwhile got a validated job offer from Quebec. Do you think it is okay to apply for the CSQ while a federal application is filed. Is this technically possible and recommended?

The application form for Quebec asks -- Have you ever applied For permanent residence in Canada (except Québec)?. Should I answer Yes? Given that I dont know whether my application will be under CAP or not.

Any help is greatly appreciated.

I suggest you wait for 1-2 months till you receive any update from CIC.

If CIC rejects your application as you could not make within the 300 limit, apply for Quebec then.

Delaying Quebec by 1-2 months will not do any harm to you.

Seniors need your advice.

Today received Ref and Dossier No. from Montreal. In the letter this link is given http://www.immigration-quebec.gouv.qc.ca/fr/immigrer-installer/travailleurs-permanents/demande-immigration-general/delais-tableaux.html

I checked the link for processing time and for India NO Interview is mention. What does this mean?
And after receiving file number for Indians how long process still remaining.
I am Chemist so comes under 12 points.
