APPNOV2014NY - Were you able to track your application in the link provided in the AOR. I am unable to locate my application at all.
It says we couldn't find the details.

I tried to check the status here.

Initially I was getting a message indicating file not found , but after few weeks it worked. Make sure you are selecting "Application Number/Case Number" as Identification Type and using EP# as Identification Number.

Yep tried that , says the same , " We were not able to identify you using the information you provided " . Will wait for a couple of weeks and check. Hopefully should resolve.

It will definitely work dear. But sometimes it takes much longer, as in my case I found my application after medical exams

Hello everyone...just wanted to know your views on my case.
I have completed my medicals successfully since the 8th Feb. Visa office asked for some proofs on my relationship with my wife which I did immediately. They wanted to prove that my wedding is not a fake wedding. Until now still in process. What are your views? Why this question arrives late after medicals.

Hi all
God is great.
Received PPR today.
But having mixed feelings
They require 12 months validity while mine is only 10 months is this any issue?

It was not a requirement under mine, it was more in reference to when the resident visa will expire. 12 months from medical test date or the expiry date of your passport. Whatever comes first.

I see. Actually I did my meds in December 2016 and my pp expires in Jan 2018....that is 13 months after the meds. Now I sent them the pp with 10 months validity though they requested for 12 months validity. I also put one cover note stating I plan to land within one month of visa issuance well ahead of time for my pp to expire. So do you think they might stamp it? I pray so.

Hi to all
I have a question for all of you
I am in 13th month of federal stage

In old style of GCKey my background check was "in progress" and final decission "not started"

last week when cic changed the style of GCKey my comments was changed.
background check "we are processing your background check"
final decision - "your application is in progress"

its only the new version of comments or it's a change in my application ?

CIC has just made comments more verbose. I see similar description in eCAS for me.

yes i see but other applicants on point ( background check) have other comments like -
Background check --Your application is in progress. The next step is to conduct a background check

Hi APPNOV2014NY - I was looking at the timeline spreadsheet and noticed that you haven't received MR yet while everyone who has the same AOR and FedApp dates as yours received MR already. Are you an inland applicant?

I am in USA right now. Applied for CSQ via MON when I was in Quebec and then moved to USA. Received CSQ checklist and CSQ in USA. I am technically not inland applicant but CIC processes USA applications in Sydney/Ottawa.

I know at least one inland applicant that received AOR before me and is still waiting for MR.

After AOR, I had sent a package to CIC with updated CSQ of my wife ( Original CSQ had DOB off by 2 days) and PCC from USA/Home Country. This could have resulted in delayed MR.
