AOR: July 28 2016
Start processing: July 28 2016
Med req. Sept 24 2016
Med done: Sept 29 2016
Med have been received: Oct 03 2016

Inland application
Sidney-Nova Scotia CIO.

Now...... ANXIETY.

Congrats ! I am still awaiting and fingers crossed. I am presuming you received the original CSQ and not a copy for which you requested later.

I received 2nd copy today. First copy was dated 6th Sept ( day on which my CSQ was originally issued) and Second copy was dated 3rd Oct.

Congrats. Just FYI , PCCs are optional with initial application. You can always send PCCs later.

please advise me.my IELTS expired on 18 October,I am August 16 Applicant i received my AOR after paid fees.my file opened o 17 August.can i send my this Ielts copy or not worry.........................

I would suggest you to call MIDI to confirm.

Here is what I see on MIDI website:

"The results must date from less than two years from the date of submission of the application."

So as long as your IELTS was taken within 2 years of submitting your application you are good.

Also , consider that for countries like India CSQ process takes 38 months and IELTS expires for applicants from such countries while CSQ is in progress.

am not sure if you have your CSQ yet or not.
if yes, that means you have provided it in an earlier time for the CSQ. thus for the federal you don't require it.

@APPNOV2014 Yes , correct , I would also advise to call MIDI to confirm.
@Montreal06 - When I applied back in 2013 , I had given my latest IELTS , which obviously expired after 2 years when my CSQ was not issued.
However , in your case , you state that your IELTS expired immediately after a couple of months of filing an application. So , I am guessing that either MIDI will request for new IELTS results or I don't know what their rules are they may just process. But as APPNOV2014 suggests , best to call MIDI and clarify.

APPNOV2014NY - I was filling out the General Application form and had a clarification to make for Education / Occupation detail no. 3 which asks for my current occupation and intended occupation. I am basically an IT project manager and I intend for the same occupation as well . However , my CSQ mentions ( point 12 ) Classification Nationale des professions has 2147 which pertains to Computer Engineers. Can you advise what is best to put.

I'm on open work permit and applied for Federal and waiting for AOR , probably will get in two weeks.

Now, my work permit gonna expire in Dec 2016.

After getting AOR do i eligible for Bridge work permit? If so, do i need the employer letter as well?

Please share your experiences .
