Interesting history! As a non-US citizen being processed in Mississauga (App received Feb 16), nice to hear too!

Congratulations and good luck on your move back to Canada :)

Thanks for the kind words!

Although "every case is unique" etc etc your timeline is super-close to ours. Hope your popcorn will pop within hours/days.

My application was received Feb 8 and other than “we are processing” everything nothing has changed. I’m American and was hoping being at Mississauga I would have heard something new by now??
Could me having been married and divorced 2x before be holding it up?? I see on the WhatsApp group others getting their Decision made that were after mine??

QUOTE="ursus, post: 7027236, member: 739081"]Out of interest, is the PA a US citizen? Just interested as to whether it's other nationalities getting processed quickly at Mississauga as well as the US citizens as it's mostly them I've noticed getting through on these 4-5 month timelines![/QUOTE]

Thanks and fingers crossed! Nice to hear that not having the 'we started processing...' line on ecas doesn't mean they are actually not processing it yet. Assume the line previous to that appearing in yours was '4. Medical results have been received'?

No, they inserted a new #2 entry of "We started processing your application on June 20", just below the old #1 "We received your application on..". Then #3 about the PCC correspondence from April, and #4 about the medical results.

Ahh, interesting and even more confusing that they insert it earlier in the list. No wonder nobody ever seems to fully get to grips with this process!

We're the same but my partner had to do the criminal rehabilitation for a minor charge in his previous working holiday visa, as well as having a very extensive travel history we thought they might look into as well. So we expected it just as much and I think it could be similar for you as well.
It's hard seeing the other Mississauga people get to the next stage but we're just hoping it won't be much longer. There's still at least 5 others from Feb who are being processed in Mississauga without updates yet.

How old was his “offense” I had two bad checks back in the 90’s and a prayer for judgement in 2001 for selling alcohol to a minor during a sting at convience stores. It was a fake ID thee person produced and he was 20 not 21 which is legal age in Canada....so judge gave prayer for judgement and I had no fines or probation or anything..... that was 17 years ago..... not sure if time limits on things like this but had to revele these

Wow, very fast for LVO, reads more like a fast Mississauga timeline! Congratulations!

Tell me about it?!?! I didn't get any email update about a file transfer so I was honestly expecting to open that file transfer email today but just skipped to the finish line!
Really not sure how it works and how it's prioritised!

You sure it didn't stay in Mississauga? There's going to be a lot of jealous LVO applicants if you are! Last LVO applicant I can see with DM on the spreadsheet is a 25 Sep applicant.
