I thought you didn't even need to submit the "use of a rep" form (4076?) unless you were using representation????

If the sponsor uses their address, then a Use of Rep form must be filled out for the sponsor!

yes, you will get an email in 4 days with an attachment indicating

"This message is being sent to confirm that the Application for Permanent Residence for your relative(s) has been forwarded to the VISA_OFFICE for further processing."

I'm Assuming this doesn't always happen within 4 days? My Ecas changed to 'In Process' a week ago and we still haven't seen anything like this.... Maybe its not being forwarded though?

I would say that it's not necessary to send it unless there are doubts and questions raised by the Visa Officer dealing with your file.

Yes. I'm done with PCC, medical, and schedule A.

What is your Visa Office?

Some visa offices put BGC in process right away and then it takes a while before DM and PPR come, whereas others show BGC in process closer to the very end.

I don't think you have anything to be worried about.
My application was submitted in January and the application stayed in Mississauga. I don't have BGC-IP yet. I'm expecting it to come close to the end of the process.
