I wanted to know the reason why I have still not received my AOR. Though I still got the request to complete the test as well as take my fingerprints.

I've not been able to contact IRCC as they do not provide any contact information and the Application tracker does not seem to work (so I've not been able to create an account there as well)

Appreciate your views and also if you can provide an email/contact info to get in touch with IRCC that would be helpful! Thanks!

Background check have literally paused. No backgrounds checks updates since 2 weeks. Last one was Mar 24th.

Tracker technical error - actually to stop people from recognizing this ? They have paused processing other than giving out tests at a very slow pace and not validating the results. Giving out AOR at very slow pace. And that's it?

yes its so weird no one is getting background check completed since a while

until proven wrong but from data on tracker it seems since the late march start of April they are asking finger prints for everyone

Tracker started working. No technical difficulty this time.

Same for me, tracker is working now but no new updates. Gave test on March 16 and last update is still from March 12

I have same timeline…aor feb 17…FP request on march 20 and given on march 21 but no update…

Mostly IRCC will not missed AOR. if you are using iPhone, check the email's other folders (Ex.. Transaction/Updates/Promotions)

I did check my all my mail folders. There isn't any mail. Also when I check within the citizenship application portal (where we submit the citizenship application), the status shows as "Application submitted" and "This is not your AOR"

Did you try registering in the tracker (https://tracker-suivi.apps.cic.gc.ca/en/register) with the application number given in the citizenship test invitation email?
