I have questions regardingly:
1. Do I have to create a new account from scratch as I can’t log in my old IRCC account no matter what (even with “RESET PASSWORD)? If so then which platform (please paste the link for me so I can be 100% sure. Many thanks!

2. From what I research, I can apply online showing these documents. Please tell me things that are AND are not needed from the list below, which will help me so much in my preparation :
_ Celpip general test (not Celpip General Test LS type) result (April 17, 2021) but high score
CELPIP general is useful to upload, If it was the same report used for PR application.
_ color scan of my original passport (no certified proof signature, no translation needed) every page
Color scan of Biographical page (bio page) of your passport is sufficient for online application. other pages are not needed.
_ color scan of my PR card (back and front)
You can either use passport bio page or PR card scan for personal identification. If you use PR card, then second personal identification should also be issued in Canada like driver's license, health card
_ 2 identical 4x6 photos of me within the last 6 months max
One digital photo of 50*70 mm size taken by commercial photographer needed to upload. we also need to fill out that photographer's name and address. https://www.canada.ca/en/immigration-refugees-citizenship/services/application/application-forms-guides/citizenship-application-photograph-specifications.html
_ Original print from Canada website that calculates Physical Presence until today
When you apply online, you need to fill out physical presence part again. printout only needed if it is paper based application.
_ Biometrics (fingerprint) document (taken from 605-2000 Peel Street, Montreal, Quebec)
No need to submit biometrics, when you are applying for citizenship. some get request for fingerprint request during processing.
_ All Notices of Assessment from the first year I do tax until today
There are questions about filing of tax in last 5 years needed to be answered. There is no need to upload Notice of assessments.
_ Health Medical document (don’t know where to go)
if you are talking about the document submitted during PR application. you do not need it.
_ Certificates of Criminal Record of me at my home country (certified and transated) and Canada
Certificate of criminal records are only needed If you are out of Canada for more than six months in last 4 years.
_ ID card and Birth Certificate (translated and certified) of me from my home country
Birth certificate is only necessary for children. ID card from home country can be used as one of the Personal Identification If you want to.
_ Documents of the whole time I have been in Canada such as: - Study and Work Permits, document, places I lived in Canada, list of schools and workplace I have studied/worked in Canada, Highschool Graduation proof from my home country translated and certified, etc.
you need to fill out the information regarding last 5 years. but do not need to attach any of the above documents. Once you create an account you will know what to do.

Received AOR this morning around 4 am.
I see "Case Processing Centre: Sydney, Nova Scotia" but it does not look like the office my application will be processed.

There was an message (ad) from IRCC in my LinkedIn inbox yesterday. I am not sure, but I haven't receive such ad from government before do it felt like a sign of AOR that IRCC might see my profile.

1) Do I need to upload a copy of my passport pages (those with stamps) anywhere in the online application? I cannot find that!
2) I have periods of time where I hold an unpaid position. Can I still put that as work?
3) Is there a way to try and request expedited processing? formal approach? upload an explanation letter in a particular place?

When I submit my application online, there was "Optional documents" section where I could include any other documents or information that I wanted IRCC to review upon processing my application. I guess that you can see the same section at the last page under "Provide details" tub. So if you are now on "Identification" section, simply go proceed and hopefully you will see.
* As per I know, stamp pages of passport are not required for online application ("Document Checklist (cit0007e)" is only for paper application so you can ignore "copies of full page")

Is google spread sheet tracker still be used? As far I know it is one of most useful and large database keep tracking and see average processing times, where the process take long, compare office/provincial based processing speed etc etc. Previous years and months' applicants used it and I remember it was linked from this thread a month ago when I create apprication but but today I noticed the link is removed. I still can access it via January 2025 citizenship applications thread but it's view only. Should I send email updates to add my progress to the google spread sheet tracker?
