I applied visitor visa from Hungary on 6th of February 2024 .I had previously refusal which I applied from pakistan now i didn't gave biometrics as previous one adjusted in current application my question is in which visa application center my current application will processed in Hungary or from Pakistan?

Ok, I see. I applied through GCKey as well. not sure if GCKey or IRCC portal makes any difference.

Hi there,

I am a canadian citizen and my husband is in India. He had a criminal case against him but thankfully the quashing is done in high court. I want to apply him first on tourist visa and then PR, do we need to show in the paperwork that the quashing was done or need not show?
