May I ask what LPP stands for? I've seen this term posted here. I assume it means the application is finished and waiting for ceremony.

Also, my tracker was down since May 16th morning, 1 day after my citizenship test (stuck loading with errors in console, I sent IRCC a technical bug report) but it works perfectly fine as of this morning :)

This forum has search button ? didn't know that LOL
Jokes aside, It's so sad that people are so lazy to search simple things.

Hi admin, please update:
AOR: Mar 30
Unfortunately at the same time they requested me to submit a police cert from my home country, so I had to spend over 1.5 months to process that. The police cert was sent out to IRCC on May 9.
I check the ecas everyday but it never shows whether they receive my police cert. And on May 18, my status in ecas finally changed from "application received" to "in process". Hopefully this means they have received my police cert and will really start processing my application.

I had a similar PC request- after I submitted the application, I received an email to submit the PC for Qatar. I explained as to why, I did not submit the police clearance as I never spent more than 183 days in that country. After a week I received a generic confirmation that they have received my Letter of Explanation, if they need any further clarification, then they will get back to me. My status, changed to "in Process".

After about two months they cleared my BG and asked me for the test. Test is now completed as well.

Finally they sent me an email on May 5th confirming the matter has been resolved for the letter of explanation I sent in March. But still my online tracker shows the message to submit additional documents. When only my LPP is showing in -progress and ceremony -not started.

My conclusion is, that they don't have an effective tracker system that shows real time updated information about our case to us.
So, just wait a few weeks or some months and they will probably send you an official confirmation of receiving that PC via email. Tracker still wot be updated, so just ignore it at that point.

Thanks a lot for sharing your case. Yes, I think I will just have to wait patiently and start preparing my test. My case is a bit different because I did a soft landing to activate my COPR before it expired then I came back to my home country for around 7 months to settle all the personal matters before I permanently moved here. Thus, they still require me to submit a police cert for my home country again. I tried to fill in the web form to explain this but no one ever responded to me so I just went ahead to apply the police cert.
