Oath ceremony officer only asked me 'do you have travel in next two weeks', for which I replied Yes. I made sure eCertificate was the last one of my documents, I had all the other required documents prepared and signed ahead of time - saved me some time.

Sevaral people responded to the same question in this forum. Some had 1 hour, some 8 hours to days. It all depended on how soon you send your signed form and how soon the corresponding officer accepts your case.
