I'm in this boat. Everything for me was marked complete Dec 8. Oath has just been sitting there.
This boat's getting heavy . Hope they clear whatever bottle necks they have soon
The other concerning thing is if we are going to the next ceremony we would have to find out today. Otherwise it's even more days to wait. And who knows when the next one will be.
Have you tried contacting them via the email address through which you received your test invite to ask about the Oath. In the past it has worked for many people.
From what I can see there is one scheduled for Jan 20. I checked on January 4th and there was none scheduled
so this date was added few days ago but doesn't seem like any invites came out... Very strange.

Note: some people from Vancouver reported oath coming from MB-SK e-mails

Edit: Oct 2021, Dec 2021 are other active threads where a few people posted Oath Notice to Appear from Vancouver. Would be a good idea to check them out

Yes, there is something seriously wrong with Vancouver office. Shouldn’t be this long for the oath ceremony! IRCC system is totally broken holding our lives.
They are not even working on files in a sequence just randomly picking up files.
Vancouver takes 2-4 months for Oath ceremony from test. I am sharing this from my spouse paper application applied in April 2022... So for people who had all status complete in Nov/Dec, I am guessing the oath invite will come next month... Good luck to all of us!
When did you get it? Someone in another old discussion said it might mean they won't invite you to an interview.
