Please update to in progress

I have noticed that my record was not updated:

I have checked it on my online profile for citizenship. It shows "In progress" as of March 18.

Thank you

It's been more than a month since my AOR (online application). Does anyone got any updates on the new tracker? I saw someone got a new "Updated" date, but nothing changed (likely some agent opened the file), but it has not happened to me yet

I received a fingerprint request email last week, but the tracker hasn’t been updated yet .

I have a quick question regarding anyone in the last few months who submit a paper application instead of Online?

What was the reason for doing the paper route?

Online is so much easier and tells you what you need every step of the way. I am confused at the number of paper applications on the tracker.

I submitted online, because of the exact reason you described: simple and straightforward. However, it is always said that paper applications move faster than online ones (I guess it is somewhat demonstrated by the data we have), I guess that is why some people chose paper. I kinda regret my choice now seeing paper applicants moving forward to background complete or something while I'm still waiting for someone to open my case
