Did you submit online or paper?
The online application procedure seems to have a brand new designed website with brand new applicationt tracker, seems to be used only for Citizenship application though... At least to me it does not looks like ECAS for permanent residence or work permit, etc...

Paper applicants can check the status both on ECAS and the new citizenship tracker.

For anyone who submit the online citizenship application, there is a new applicationt tracker per below. This looks very different from the traditional ECAS where you submit your work permit, permanent residence, etc...

The same day I got the email, it was already uploaded there
In the Application History, it is now "Application Filed": We have received your application and in the process to review...
So I guess it is the same as what you have...

I checked spam folder also and didn't see any.. based on the tracker spreadsheet it looks like no AOR for online applicants after Feb 24th..

I applied on 28th Feb , no AOR yet. Hope we get it soon. My PR renewal is stuck in decision made since more than a month as well
