I hope this AOR is not auto generated as I see people are getting in the order they submitted the application online. And there were no mentioning of any additional documents prior to AOR as per Jan 2022 forum. Good news is AOR doesn't take 3-5 months to arrive like last year.. All the best everyone...

That's likely because of how online applications were (smartly) set up. You can't submit it unless everything is completed. If you made a mistake on a date, even if it's a day worth, the system will accuse it. I feel like you are less prone to error by submitting it online.

But yeah, I know, people can submit faulty documents that can only be checked by a person instead of a computer system, but I feel like less errors will be made through online applications.

Just a friendly FYI. Don't bother reaching out to the CIC via the web form...You won't hear back from them in time to make any adjustments to your online application. I noticed the file I uploaded for my Physical presence glitched out when I saved it and displayed 0 days!! Obviously, I noticed this right after I submit my application. I emailed them 5-10 minutes after I selected submit, advising them to just let me re-upload that file, I also attached that file to the webform so they could do it. I had no response for about 2 months and before they responded, they advised me to re-submit my application again with the correct file. They quite literally have the worst system in place and because of that, I lost 3 months of waiting. They need to get some better customer service or hire more people to do this basic job. It cannot take more than 2 months to get a simple reply are we still living in the 1800s?

I am also resubmitting after our November application returned to us. Best luck for us at this time!
