SA says New Delhi. Initially, it was transferred to Ottawa IR for eligibility and now transferred to New Delhi (Reason: workload-(re) distribution) and waiting for visa officer to be assigned.

Any movement on your file buddy? I see your file was at Ottawa IR?

Apparently, my file was at NDVO and then moved to Ottawa IR.

Yes, we received Pre-arrival letter on Friday, Oct 22 and today Decision Made on ECAS. Waiting for PPR.
If its moved back to Ottawa IR, there is a chance that Eligibility is completed and rest will follow soon.

Thank you! So Eligibility is usually reviewed by two officers (lead officer and officer at local VO (In my case its NDVO). Read below post by Eagle333 (Page 1). Once local VO approves and lead officer review and give a final approval. Then security is initiated (sometimes its done from CPC-Sydney).

Based on your GCMS, its waiting for lead officer to approve Eligibility. You should be hearing from them soon.

Thats line 2 in ECAS on PA side. It appears when VO starts processing PA side application.
