Medical Request received on June 23 and Pre-Arrival letter received on June 24.
Application is in London office. How long should I expect from here onwards?

Form ready with signature, will dispatch tomorrow. Highly panicked, no updates even after 110 days after AOR and people from May/June are getting updates after updates. Very concerned about whats wrong in my file

Feb 04 - Received at CPC Sydney NS
Feb 23 - Started Processing Sponsorship
Feb 24 - Acknowledged of Receipt (AOR)
Mar 18 - Biometrics Requested
Mar 19 - Medical Requested
Mar 19 - Biometrics Done
Mar 24 - Sponsor Approval Eligible
Mar 24 - Forwarded to Paris Visa Office
Apr 01 - Medical Done
Apr 02 - Started Processing Wife's PR
Apr 06 - Medical Passed
May19 - Interview requested at Bucharest VO
Jun 02 - At the interview in Bucharest VO, Interviewing Officer categorically announced "REJECTION" citing reasons of quick marriage of Convenience. They record the interview on the camera, maybe VO watched the Interview again & again so didn't issue any Refusal.
June 02 to June 17 Gearing up for the Appeal
Jun 17 - Received Pre-Arrival IMM 5801 came from Tunis VO, Tunisia (Making me confuse why not from Paris VO or Bucharest VO)
Jun 21 - Interview Completed, Background check "In Process", Application is "In Progress" as per GcKey status
Jun 22 - Received Passport Request

Type of Records: Case Files

Which option should I select from this dropdown? *Which type of records do you wish to request?
1. Immigration/Citizenship Records?
2. Employee Records?

Did not find the GCMS help threads satisfactory and helpful and some of the sections are updated so instead,
used services of getgcms.com for the peace of mind.

Sorry @Jabya - right, ordering GCMS notes online was kinda confusing. However, I haven't received any update so far on my notes.
Does getgcms.com offer to track?

Rightly said...I'm in the same panic too..been more than 130 days and yet no updates after AOR. Really worried now.
now that VACs are opening in India, not having any progress/ updates in our files makes it more depressing.

I am sure there is a big backlog in the system there. Have patience. I doubt there is a problem.

Does anyone here know anything about VFS Global? It’s the third party that the Canada Visa Application Centres outsource to. It’s been over 3 weeks since I received my Passport Request and sent them the documents, photos, and fees. They have not forwarded them to the New York office. My lawyer calls VFS each day and is getting nowhere. Each department at VFS seems to do one thing (packaging labels, document, emails, etc.) and the departments don’t communicate with each other. Has anyone here dealt with VFS before and knows how to make progress with them? Any help or advice would be greatly appreciated.
