PA In India, File sent on 23 Feb 2021, File received by Sydney NS IRCC office on 1st March 2021, received Biometrics, SA, AOR1 and medical request all on same day 17th March, which is a good news, seems IRCC new agents are on top of everything now, but in SA its written that my wife's file is sent to New Delhi for further processing, which is a bad news for me, as i have heard that files in New Delhi are sitting for 300-400 days with no processing whatsoever.

Atleast you've received SA, biometrics and medical. You're out of Sydney and now your file will properly process. Some are still stuck at Sydney waiting for SA, biometrics, medical since more than a month

Just try to be optimistic!

IRCC accepts the latest & one version old form

For example, IMM 5532 was sent from 10-2020 and that form was recently updated to 02-2021. They are both valid, you mean?

For spousal applications, After getting the medical exam done, do we need to update it to CIC or nothing needs to be done from our side and medical will be updated automatically?

Done automatically. Keep whatever you received like receipts just in case, of course.

Here is my story.
I am sponsoring my husband (outland)
File received at Sydney,NS on 24th feb 2021
Got file number on 20th march 2021
Received letter for CSQ on 23 march 2021(as I am in Quebec)
This week I will send application to MIDI for CSQ (pls dnt get confused, the CSQ part is only if you are in Quebec)

I just want to know if my file will be transferred to New Delhi now or when?
