You could try sending another email and ask them to confirm if they have received it or not.
Bro. I have 5 Applications of my family - i don't get any response in favour of passport sending. and my all status are updated. I would suggest, don't try to correspondence without any big reason. Just wait - If any issue with your application. IRCC will contact you by email. Just Chill. Many people are behind you who sent the application way back. Its game of surprises. No worries.

If @cyberkodi is concerned about the delivery of the scanned copies, then he/she is in his right to ask about a confirmation. Stop treating IRCC officers as some kind of superiors, because they are not.

It does not hurt to ask questions...but it is always a personal preference on how to communicate with officials.

I sent it to the same id which was also mentioned on the test invite pdf but I didn’t receive any confirmation receipt from them ! Is your processing centre Niagara Falls by any chance?

How do you identify your processing office? I assumed mine is Ottawa as I live there. It was an online application.

I assume The email address DNNGF is Niagara Falls processing centre.. not sure ..

Did you get an automated email? If yes, then I think you should be ok.

I got an automated response saying (we have received your email but we will not be responding with a confirmation etc...) so at least they got it but I hope they forward it the right department.

I am applying online from Ottawa as well and I got my test invitation + passport request from the Niagara falls office. In the letter they said to email them to this address:
IRCC.DNNGFCitizenshipe-Apps-DemandesenligneCitoyenneteNGFRN.IRCC@cic.gc.ca

But when I did that I got a "mail delivery subsystem error", basically the email address does not exist. So instead I sent the documents to the email which sent me the test invite, which is this:
IRCC.DNNGFCitizenshipe-Apps-DemandesenligneCitoyenneteNGFRN.IR@cic.gc.ca

They replied and confirmed that they got the documents.

@cyberkodi, there is a dedicated email for any technical issues. They are the ones that told me to send the documents to the same email (that sent the invite). In the 2 instances I emailed them, they replied within 24 hrs
