Files being processed in Ottawa are being processed without any delay but the files which were transferred to Mississauga are stuck in there like a black hole.

My 2nd and 3rd GCMS notes were copy paste of each other with the only difference being time and date stamp of notes generated. Other than that it was practically blank after SA which was completed back in March 2020. Last processing date on the file was march 2020(file transferred to Mississauga) and thats about it. If an officer hasnt started working on the file how will i see comments to know what is wrong or why is it stuck right?
Did you medical twice or once? Ours will expire Dec 2021 .. Feb 2020 inland
First medical requested on 27th Feb 2020 completed on 2nd March 2020 and second medical requested on 28th july 2021 and completed on 2nd Aug 2021.

I am sponsor ( canadian citizen by naturalization). my baby will born in january 2022 and my wife file is in process ( PR application).
my question is if the baby will born in january and my wife file is still in process in january 2022 .. should i have to add baby in PR application or sholud i have apply for canadian passport for my babay or should i have to apply for citizenship certificate for my baby.??
please help me out. i do not know what to do,.

No way to know just from that, but: highly unlikely they'd have bothered getting medical exam extended validity if they were intending to refuse.
