I haven't received any emails or AOR2 yet, but that's what IRCC said when my partner called them. My partner is in Canada, I am the PA and in the Philippines. The post before mine was also moved to Beijing and I think PA was from Turkey. I already sent an email to Beijing VO but haven't got any reply yet. I'll contact Manila VO on monday as well. Thank you.

@Stargaze is not correct, your app could be sent anywhere to be processed, they often send them to other places if your LVO is too busy to share the work load between offices.

Student visa processing times are not any better. I've seen people waiting for visas for more than 6 months.

i ordered 4th GCMS note after 3 times ghost update but there is no new entry in my file. Last update date is same as before march09/2020,
CPC-Mississauga.

Every thing is same as before... no new update.

guys, file moved to NDVO on oct 14th, since then no updates. just received my GCMS notes, seems like nothing have started, all columns says that In Process and usual bla bla!!! dont know how to describe my feelings,,seriously frustrating especially when i see that news of IRCC Speeding the PR process..B*S*!!!

My friend haven't received any ppr request but in his ecas was already DM. He emailed manila immigration and said that they sent the ppr request nov 22. But my friend doesn't received and they emailed again new ppr dated dec 7. At least you can direct contact manila embassy.
