It doesn't unfortunately. That just takes your personal information so they can contact you to make sure that you are following the quarantine. It doesn't give much information.

They probably just need to check the website closer to travel date. But I believe they should be good with the last post of information required.

feb 13th, and yes, no AoR at all. They confirmed they received it feb 13th and even that they opened it on feb 17th, but nothing since.

A few days to a couple of months, varies greatly. Approved is approved. Did you get that or DM?
