Still waiting for you guys views on the question above.
Well it hasn't resulted in an oath invite yet, but we've been decision made for months now. I highly doubt decision made would result in a refusal, but a wait, a never ending frustrating wait, that I think you're guaranteed

Yes I submitted copies of my passport and was interviewed on May 28th, was told by the interviewer that I will get my Oath invite two to three months from the interviewed date. And this is almost 7 months now. Ordered GCMS note recently and noticed they are concerned about the flagpoling I did on Nov 26, 2016. As Canada border officers stamped me in. And the US border officers did not stamp my passport since it was just a flagpole. Now IRCC Officer thinking I took a trip to the states. I have written letters to them with my friend landings papers, affidavit and his stamped passport showing same date letting them know that I only drove a friend to the border that I was never admitted into the USA.

No other documents other than you submitted. May be keep the current ID(or anything to prove local residence) too if you have.

No but you can anyway refer from your laptop if required.

Hi Harirajmohan,
Do you have any idea, how long this interview lasts?
Also, as you mentioned, are we allowed to carry-in our laptops?

Thanks,
Aditya

Interviews are online(except one person posted on in-person). So you are with laptop and of course you can refer you pdf application copy.
If you are called up for in-person interview then just take print out of your application and can refer. Its your application and you can refer and provide correct information instead of some detail to be remembering. Interview is not about testing your information exact word to word but you should be explaining your flow of events, information, activities of your eligibility period.
Interviews are short 15-20-30 mins. Some are even just phone calls.

You dont need to be trying to prepare or worry about interview as there is nothing to prepare because you would be explaining on what you were doing and where you stayed during your eligibility period. if any address you need to refer during that period then you can refer and tell as it would have been 5 years since you stayed there. Nothing much to worry about it.

Thanks Harirajmohan,

I've been called in person. Do I need to carry documents just for my personal application or all family members from my family application?

Thanks,
Aditya

If you have applied for child(ren) then their documents too.
Other adults in the application will be sent separate interview if they want to interview them as adult applications inside family are technically separate(as far as i know). So it would be just yours and children's documents if any.
Take the originals of all documents(passport, ID card etc) you submitted with application if in case they want to verify.

What did the interview email say? Any check list?

Which location?

Just lasted 10 minutes, interviewer asked me to show original IDs and asked if there are any changes to my/family details since application.
Didnt give me any insight to why I was called in person, or when would I get the Oath invite, just the standard answer, 'can't commit a date, but soon' :D
