yes we have some print format issue in pdf hence after saving/printing its enabling those fields. So after printing, make sure that you verify if necessary fields are correctly filled. we saw same issue in some other items too.When I was filling in the application and placing check-marks for some sections, it automatically eliminated the sections below ( for ex. if you put no whether you have a representative, the application eliminates the question whether the rep. is paid). However, when I printed it, those checkboxes were there and not eliminated, but just empty. Is that ok ? did you guys have the same?
