So we have more staff back to work at CIC then. Hopefully more people come back to work next week too.

Can we guess that Feb AORs will be done by Mid August?

If you see the JAN tracker it is not even close to 3/4 th of AORs and July is done, do you think in this 3 days they will finish Jan?? no way.. I would say by end of August all Jan applicants may be finished and even though if situations are normal and less covid cases in whole Canada then they will touch Feb applications, if in case cases going up then they will immediately stop everything again..

If you see the JAN tracker it is not even close to 3/4 th of AORs and July is done, do you think in this 3 days they will finish Jan?? no way.. I would say by end of August all Jan applicants may be finished and even though if situations are normal and less covid cases in whole Canada then they will touch Feb applications, if in case cases going up then they will immediately stop everything again..

Its not based on when it was sent.

Not only stopped reporting, as Dr Naidu said, still cic might be issuing AOR for Jan end too and surely cic doesnt go with just few days span, surely they have some 7-10-15 day span of receipts they take at that time and keep working for weeks/days depending on the officer's sorting/handling methods.

Also people might be expecting returned packages hence they cant report, missing emails, wrong emails(possibly they started mailing physical paper) who knows but lot of possibilities. But i am happy to see that cic has started Feb , hopefully my application is complete.

But in this same forum and few of this thread followers mentioning they are Jan applicants and never received email or applications back or any update from CIC but how come they can move to Feb applications issuing AOR with out clearing of Jan applications , you can check this in this forum only ,

Well we aren't sure as well as to how diligent and religious people are doing their updates on this forum. Probably most of Jan applicants have already received their AOR but some forgot or have no time yet to update us here hehe
