Just curious , am I the only one left from Feb 2020 that haven’t gotten test invite , this is driving my family crazy.

I would say at least 50%-60% of applicants are still waiting. So don't worry. They have a huge backlog.

I searched both 2019 and 2020 spreadsheets and looks like you're the only person (on the forum) taking oath tomorrow

Does requesting ATIP affect the processing timeline in any way?

I applied in Feb 2020, completed test in May 2021. More than 3 months have passed since the test but there are no update since then.

In the tracker, only these two are complete:
- Citizenship Test
- Background Verification

Everything else is in progress:
- Language Skills
- Physical Presence
- Prohibitions

And Citizenship Ceremony is obviously 'Not Started'

I also wrote to my Member of Parliament's office 3 days ago - no response at all.
