AOR was 27th Feb and Biometric was done on 13th March.
Even my biometric is done not sure what is causing the delay. My progress bar is at 90%

Just one thing we need to understand, as earlier, I also had the same understanding like many of the applicants.
The bar which you see is not the progress or status of your application. It highlights only the "processing time". For example, they say that the application will take 6 months, it will only show you that the given period is near to end. It does not really mean that you will receive an answer or decision on the last day. This can be delayed at any given time .

94% complete...I know it doesn't mean anything at this point... still waiting for them to reopen biometrics.

I applied for GCMS on 15th July, still haven't received them. My last update i raised a webform etc. and got 3x back as "Currently Valid". I left for vacation after AOR since my PGWP expired and i figured I'd just re-enter on a visit visa since I still technically live in Canada. The VFS in Dubai has been open for around a month now. I'm just hoping GCMS shows something like COPR confirmation so I can at least get some peace of mind.
Have you ordered GCMS? And can you please share, what was last date given to pay RPRF?

I also have similar timelines like you, however I have been asked for additional documents on 26th May, I have submitted them on 28th May and then " Review of Additional documents" status changed to "Not applicable". And since then no updates on my profile.
I am not sure whether this Not applicable status is normal or not.
Have you received any updates on your profile after submitting additional documents?
