This is a data based on the tracker, it takes cases that had been updated in the last 24 hours.
It can't be case specific on individual basis though.

Hi, my xray was deferred because I am pregnant (i am also the PA) but i expect to take the xray in March/April based on Doc's advise. what is the implication to my application. Is medicals the first thing they check or will they carry on with other stages and pend the application when it gets to the Medical checks?

Medicals is the first thing they check. The ircc proceeds further with your file only once you clear the medical examination. Probably they will keep your file on hold till further notification, or maybe you can raise a web form informing them of your current situation.
Further more I think it will complicate your Application as now you will have to declare a new family member.
Hi my AOR is 15th February 2020. I have just checked my gckey account.As of 17th feb , In Review of medical results it says that you do not need a medical exam. we will send you a message if it changes. Similar thing is mentioned in biometrics and interview section. What does this mean>? I m worried..
