Hello friends , I have added my spouse in my on going to express PR file , now they have requested me to submit the documents of my spouse. So in every form i need the signature of my spouse. So how can it be done ? Should she take out the print of signature page and then sign and then scan and send to me ? Or is there any other way ?

I have applied using a representative, but is it possible for me to call IRCC directly to check up on my application status?

What all info would i need?
Yes. You need your UCI and application/file number. These can be found on your BIL.

Right, but since we both have separate applications we do not want to add each other as accompanying spouses because we don’t want to delay the process and to pay additional fees.
Do we still need to fill all the forms and pay additional fees etc? Conversely, we fill out the forms but since we both got the same reply who should become a primary applicant?
It does not matter whether you have different applications. As per law, if your family composition changes, you have to inform IRCC and provide the documents. One of your can withdraw your application if you wish.

If your family composition changes, and you do not inform IRCC, that is misrepresentation. All immediate family members have to be listed in your application.

I got my GCMS notes today and here are some of my details
AOR: 15-Feb-2020
Eligibility: Passed
Medicals: Passed
Security: Passed

Criminality and Info Sharing: In Progress

After digging further into notes I found something interesting about biometrics.
While for me the criminality is passed and the biometrics section looks like this:

Criminality: Passed

SUB ACTIVITIES

Type: Biometrics - RCMP
Status: Received - NRT

while for my spouse, it is still in progress. This is what it shows:

Criminality: In Progress

SUB ACTIVITIES

Type: Biometrics - RCMP
Status: System Error

Not sure, what typically happens in situations like this as we are waiting since the 7th of October after providing our Biometrics.

@legalfalcon or anyone who knows about this scenario.

A system error is generated when IRCC was unable o run the document through their system or it could not be retrieved. Just give it some time and it will be fixed.

Hi @legalfalcon

Help and your inputs will be highly appreciated.
Case -: My File is pending in Ottawa - VO since FEB 3 (AOR) only my eligibility is met and nothing else has started. I know this from my GCMS notes which i received recently. However, on my notes i noticed something strange and had questions on that. Under my spouce BIO-METRIC section it say the following
Info - Received - NRT
Under mine BIO - METRIC section it says the following
Info - Received - Match

I am confused now what does match signifies under mine bio metric section ?
Hi @legalfalcon and other. Any input on this will be appreciated.

Hi @legalfalcon and other. Any input on this will be appreciated.

NRT means no reportable trace, and a match means that your info was in the system that matched with the search and IRCC will just ascertain what it was for. If you have provide biometrics before in Canada, this is common as your biometrics will match with the ones in the system.

As long as there is no criminal case, no need to be concerned, your criminality will be passed.
