Just got my notes. Ordered on Oct 8. But my name was in wrong order.I ordered on Oct 8th and haven't received anything, not even the message that says they are delaying it. I ordered through the ATIP website.
The officer review if for RROC "Rapid Response Operations Centre" and does not say A11.2 or eligibility. It only clears criminality, meds, info-sharing. etc. So either your eligibility is passed, or will be passed and a FINDEC "Final Decision" will be made after the services are back to normal .@legalfalcon in my case the CPA did his evaluation at CIO and passed my eligibility without the input of the VO. The file was transfered to the LVO. The VO in the LVO in his comment did not mention anything about POF, work reference letter and do on. His emphasis was on admissibility. Find his comment below;
**Officer Review- RROC processing** Admissibility -- search complete: No concerns. Address and travel history reviewed. No apparent concern. Crim: Nigeria PC(s). Reviewed. NRT.Bio passed. Infoshare: Reviewed. No concerns. Upon review of all available information, I am satisfied there are no crim concerns. Crim passed. Meds valid to 2021/02/19 - Next steps/recommendation -- Ready for FINDEC upon resumption of service.
Can you say here that my eligibility is conclusively passed?
Hi @caipsnotes Can you take a look and let me know what it means?Thanks so much!
Hi @legalfalcon, Thank you so much for your reply to my previous question. Sorry to bug you again here.
Can you take a look and let me know what it means?
In the end of very long assessment of my intl work experience, case analyst wrote ''CRS Foreign work: 4 years and 4 months. FSW work 0 year(s) and 0 month(s) of 1 year(s)-REVIEW REQUIRED CRS Foreign Work: 3+ year(s)'' Can you please help me what it means in a simple language? What does it mean when they
say FSW work and FSW points? Is it different than CRS points?
In the work experience assesment section, case analyst said that my employer's official website was found and job description was consistent with the
lead statemetn etc., it was basically good, but I am wondering why it requires a review in the end.
Thanks again so much
Thank you for your reply. I am worried now... Is there anything I can do about it?You have to have at least 1 year of foreign work experience and you get max points for 3+ years of work experience fore CRS.
You have claimed 4 years and 4 months. But they were unable to verify and this is why you see 0 year(s) and 0 month(s).
It is just a RR and the officer will make a final determination. Did you have any issues with your work experience letter. As in did you meet all the requirements for the Work ex letter:Thank you for your reply. I am worried now... Is there anything I can do about it?
